Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were officers of the Korean People's Army and staff members of the office of the military attache of the Russian embassy here.

After laying a wreath before the tower in the name of the central military orchestra of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the participants paid silent tribute to the martyrs of the Soviet Army who fell in the battles for the liberation of Korea.

They went round the tower.
