South Phyongan Province came first in total points and South Hamgyong and South Hwanghae provinces second and third respectively.

The closing ceremony was attended by officials concerned, citizens and school youth and children in Phyongsong.

Units and players who proved successful at the contest were awarded trophy cups and medals.
