This football is produced at a unit under the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports.

In this regard KCNA had an interview with Choe Jong Chun, chief of the football production unit.

Choe said:

The trademark "Choeusu" reflects our hope that the users of our products will become best players.

At present the demand for athletic apparatuses is growing among the people with strong enthusiasm for sports. To meet this demand, my unit has turned out quality footballs and other sports goods for juvenile sports schools across the country.

The football 450g in weight, produced at my unit, won a high appreciation from experts and users.

Ri Chol Hak, a student of the Sosong District Juvenile Sports School in Pyongyang, told KCNA: I have used "Choeusu"-trademarked football since March, and it is as good as imported one in quality. I will get intent on training to become a best footballer as demanded by the trademark.

The unit also produces volleyballs and uniforms and nets for various ball games.
