New Technology of Removing Blasting Fume and Dust Developed in DPRK

| Pyongyang, July 3 (KCNA) -- A new technology for removing blasting fume and dust was developed in the DPRK. In this regard, Ri Ki Hwan, a section chief of the DPRK Invention Office, told KCNA: The core of new technology lies in the process of mixing neutralizers with dynamite and the ultrasonic jet-type spray for removing dust. The new technology makes it possible to start working in 15 minutes after blasting in a pit. This technology has proved successful in building the Huichon Power Station, the Wonsan Army-People Power Station, the Paektusan Songun Youth Power Station and the waterway project in South Hwanghae Province. |
