The present era is the one of independence, the article notes, and goes on:

No country and nation wants to see their sovereignty to be violated and to live, subject to domination and subjugation. However, there are not a few practices of openly infringing upon the independence of sovereign states in the international arena. This is chiefly attributable to the present unfair international order.

Under the present international order only the specified countries are granted priority and right to decision while other countries' will is ignored and illegal sanctions, blockade and aggression against sovereign states are justified.

This is a very serious problem as it is a factor of blocking the onward movement of the era and violating the independence of sovereign states.

The imperialists are now making desperate efforts to keep such international order and establish domination over the world by dint of the order. It is none other than the U.S. which is doing so.

It is the real intention of the U.S. to establish the international order guaranteeing its unilateral domination over the world.

If this is allowed, the U.S. will have the world to itself, bringing irretrievable grave consequences to international relations and development of mankind.
