| Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The DPRK's Central Information Agency for Science and Technology has published many magazines on science and technology helpful to building the knowledge-based economy in the country. Among the magazines are "World of Science", "Technological Innovations" and "Information on Sci-tech Development in Foreign Countries". "World of Science" deals with global trend and achievements in the development of ultra-modern science and technology. "Technological Innovations" gives a summary of data about the technological achievements made in the country's economic fields. "Information on Sci-tech Development in Foreign Countries" carries assorted data for various economic fields, selected from other countries' magazines on latest science and technology to meet the demand for the nation's economic and sci-tech development. Besides, the information agency issues such periodicals as "Information Science and Technology", "Nano Science and Technology" and "Practical Technology Data", Those publications can be read at the distribution offices across the country and through homepages opened by the agency. |
