The seminar was held in Jakarta, Indonesia by way of posting on the internet the speeches of personages of committees for remembering Kim Il Sung organized in various regions and countries of the world, friendship and solidarity organizations and representatives of organizations for the study of the Juche idea and personages of political and social circles.

Displayed in the venue of the seminar was a portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung.

Also on display there were photos dealing with the exploits of Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also on show there were photos introducing Songun Korea.

Present there were more than 150 personages of various circles of Indonesia. The DPRK ambassador to Indonesia and his embassy officials were present on invitation.

The participants paid silent tribute to the memory of Kim Il Sung.

Ristiyanto, general secretary of the National Guidance Council of the Pioneer Party of Indonesia, made an opening speech and Eko Suryo Santjojo, co-chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Committee for Remembering President Kim Il Sung, a keynote report.

The reporter praised the President as the distinguished leader and greatest man in the era of independence as he performed the immortal exploits by battling his way against fortitude and ordeals along with the vibrant 20th century.

Congratulatory messages sent by the former Nepali prime minister, organizations of different countries and international organizations to the seminar were introduced.

Participating in the seminar were over 70 personages of various circles from nearly 50 countries and regions including Garib Newaz, president of the Bangladesh People's League, Rosanita Campos, vice-president of the Party for Free Motherland of Brazil, Alexandr Vorontsov, first vice-chairman of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK. They posted their speeches under such titles as "President Kim Il Sung is immortal in the hearts of humankind" and "The sun rose over Mangyongdae".

An appeal to the progressives in the world was adopted there.

The appeal underscored the need to positively conduct diverse activities to study and disseminate the great exploits performed by Kim Il Sung and extend support to the just measures being taken by the DPRK for the peace and security in Northeast Asia and the rest of the world.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
