Igor Jurisic, chairman of the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association, said that though the President passed away, progressive humankind is highly praising him as the eternal sun of Juche. He went on:

The popular masses could independently and creatively pioneer the times and history as the master of the world and their own destiny as the President founded the Juche idea.

The President defeated the Japanese imperialists and realized the liberation of Korea by force of arms, accomplished the cause of building the party, army and state and firmly defended the country's sovereignty from the invasion by the U.S. imperialists.

He turned the DPRK into a powerful socialist country by wisely leading the struggle for the postwar rehabilitation and construction and socialist revolution and construction.

Ibrahim Mantu, chairman of the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association, said:

Not only the Korean people but the world progressive people are solemnly looking back upon the great career and immortal exploits of the President on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his demise.

Kim Il Sung, the father of socialist Korea, is the prominent leader and peerless great man who embarked upon the road of the revolution in his teens and devoted his all to the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence till the advanced age of 80.

He will always be alive in the hearts of the Korean people and the world progressive people as the sun of Juche and humankind.
