Message to Kim Jong Un from Chairman of C.C., Communist Party of Russian Federation

| Pyongyang, July 10 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, received a message from G. Zhuganov, chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, on July 8. The message said: Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un It is 20 years since Comrade Kim Il Sung, the great son of the Korean people, passed away. Comrade Kim Il Sung was the founder of the Workers' Party of Korea, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and its armed forces. He performed noble feats in building a modern state and achieving successes in all spheres of the life in the DPRK including industry, public health, science, education and sports. He set forth historic proposals for the independent and peaceful reunification of the country. Today the Korean people pay tribute to the leader through their heroic labor. We are convinced that the people of the DPRK will continue successfully building the socialist society true to the behests of Comrade Kim Il Sung. Please accept my regards. |
