The delegation consists of Members of the House of Representatives Kenta Matsunami, Takashi Ishizeki and Naoto Sakaguchi and Members of the House of Councilors Takayuki Shimizu and Taro Yamada who are dietmen from different political parties of Japan and members of the Sports Peace Community Association of Japan.
