The minister of Women, Children and Social Welfare of Nepal lauded the President as the most outstanding leader and greatest man of the 20th century.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) said that the cause of Juche, the revolutionary cause of the President and leader Kim Jong Il, is being successfully carried forward by supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

The secretary general of the Pakistan Association for Self-Reliance Studies stressed the President would always be with not only the Korean people but the world progressive people and that the Juche idea founded by him and his exploits would shine century after century as the guiding idea in the era of independence and the valuable treasure of humankind.

The president of the Unido Azidharma Industrial Company of Indonesia said:

The President defeated the brigandish Japanese imperialists and humbled the pride of the arrogant U.S. imperialists who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world.

He founded the Juche idea that one is responsible for one's own destiny and one has the strength for carving out one's own destiny, thus illuminating the road ahead of the times and humankind.
