They included the delegation of officials of the General Association of Koreans in China, delegation of the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China, delegation of the Federation of Korean Young Nationals in China, delegation of the Association for Economic and Cultural Exchange of Korean Nationality in Dandong City, China and delegation of the Aged Men Association in Shenyang City, China.

Being briefed on the revolutionary history of the President and his family members, the members of the delegations went round historic relics preserved at the old home in Mangyongdae with much care.

At the end of the visit Choe Su Bong, vice-chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China, said:

Our visit to the old home in Mangyongdae offered an opportunity to recollect once again the revolutionary history of President Kim Il Sung.

Born in a low-roofed straw thatched house, the President nurtured a great intention to liberate the country from his childhood.

The President who embarked upon the road of revolution in his early years defeated the gangster-like Japanese imperialists and liberated the country. He built a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence on this land.

The revolutionary exploits performed by him will shine for all ages.

Han Kil Su, department director of the General Association of Koreans in China, highly praised the President as a peerless patriot and the sun of the nation as he devoted his life to the prosperity of the country and happiness of its people.

He went on:

The President's family members in Mangyongdae were also ardent revolutionaries who struggled for the independence of the country. We will always remain true to the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, upholding the behests of the President and leader Kim Jong Il.

Meanwhile, the members of the delegations visited apartment houses for educators of Kim Il Sung University, the Taedonggang Beer Factory, etc.
