Gyula Thurmer, chairman of the Hungarian committee for remembering President Kim Il Sung, said the Hungarian revolutionaries are highly lauding the President who is the founder of the Workers' Party of Korea, the DPRK and the Korean People's Army as the sun of Juche. He went on:

The President founded the guiding idea of revolution, enabling the popular masses to independently and creatively carve out their destiny as the master of the world and their destinies.

He was the great leader who led the anti-Japanese and anti-U.S. confrontation to victory.

He turned the DPRK into a socialist power by wisely leading the Korean people in their struggle for the post-war reconstruction, socialist revolution and socialist construction.

Chanai Longoen, chairman of the Thailand-DPRK Friendship Association, said:

History records a lot of leaders who claimed to work for the people but the world knows no such a great man as the President who devoted his all to the country and its people.

The President was, indeed, the leader of the country and the great father who looked after the people's living and destiny with responsibility.

He defeated the U.S. and Japanese imperialists, achieved Korea's freedom and independence, led the revolutionary cause of Juche only to the road of glory and firmly defended the world peace, stability and prosperity by dint of Songun.
