The paper said:

The President is always alive in the hearts of humankind as the eternal sun.

He illuminated the road ahead of humankind with the sunny light, provided the flower garden of human love and took care of all people with his great attraction.

Whoever had the honor of being received by him was fascinated by him. Though he passed away, his idea and cause are shining forever like the sun.

The Korean people made sure that he lies in state at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun.

Selskaya Zhizn carried an article titled "The outstanding leader of the 20th century" illustrated a photo of the President finding himself among soldiers.

It said that the peerless great man achieved the great exploits on behalf of the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence, holding aloft the banner of Juche and Songun.
