The work, published on July 15, Juche 75 (1986), indicates scientific accuracy, revolutionary character, originality and universality of the Juche idea and the most basic and principled matters to be steadily held fast to in the party ideological education.

The publication of the work brought about a radical turn in the party's ideological work and consolidated in every way the politico-ideological position of the DPRK socialism, the article says, and goes on:

Intensifying education in the Juche idea is an important requirement for increasing the power of the single-minded unity, mainstay of the Korean revolution, thousand-fold times and is an inevitable demand for training all the servicepersons and people into those strong in the idea and faith in socialism.

It is also an important guarantee for dynamically pushing forward the ongoing drive for building an economic power.

The Juche idea enshrines the revolutionary outlook on the leader to be cherished by the servicepersons and people at present as well as the ideological and mental traits to be kept by the frontline soldiers in socialist construction.

The scientific outlook on the world that victory of socialism is the law governing the development of history, the belief that only socialism can help defend dignity, rights and the worthwhile life of the people and realize their happiness, the absolute conviction that Korean socialism will always emerge victorious as it is led by the great brilliant commander of Songun -- this is the revolutionary faith that has taken deep roots in the hearts of our servicepersons and people.

The DPRK will shine forever as an invincible politico-ideological power, and the revolutionary cause of Juche will make a long victorious drive thanks to the great Juche idea and the wise leadership of the party.
