Japan's Farce to Commemorate Foundation Day of SDF Denounced

Pyongyang, July 15 (KCNA) -- The Headquarters of the All-People Movement for Checking Japan's Exercise of the "Right to Collective Self-defense" of south Korea held a press conference in Seoul on July 11 to denounce the ceremony of commemorating the foundation day of the Japan "Self-Defense Forces", according to the south Korean internet newspaper Thongil News.

The organization said at the press conference that the farce of commemorating the day of SDF, successor to the "Imperial Japanese Army" which mercilessly killed compatriots, slated in Seoul, not in Tokyo is an insult to the Korean nation.

It said that it could not repress the indignation at the fact that the farce was being held at the Japanese embassy in secrecy.

This is nothing but a declaration of war, the organization said, urging the Japanese embassy side to clarify the list of those invited and stop the farce at once.
