Present there from the DPRK side were Hwang Min, vice-minister of Agriculture who is also chairman of the Livestock Management Committee in Sepho Area, and officials concerned and from the Mongolian side were the party of the special envoy of the Mongolian president, Manibadrakh Ganbold, Mongolian ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.

At the talks both sides discussed the issues of boosting economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
