Present there were personages of the Maritime Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association, Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Kindergarten, Brazilian Communist Party, Party for Free Motherland of Brazil, Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Jose Marti Hall of Brazil and masses.

The first secretary of the Maritime Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, said:

Comrade Kim Il Sung was the greatest man.

The Juche idea founded by him fully reflected the requirements of the present times.

The reality today clearly proves that if a country neither depends on its efforts nor possesses armed forces powerful enough to defend itself, it will be reduced to a bargaining chip for big powers.

As it is led by Marshal Kim Jong Un, the DPRK will make steady progress along the road explored and advanced by Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The vice-chairman of the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association said:

Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people, was a close friend of the Vietnamese people.

We extend thanks to him for rendering material and moral assistance to the Vietnamese people in their struggle for national liberation and socialist construction.

We will as ever make positive efforts for the development of the friendly relations with the DPRK.

The secretary general of the Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea and other speakers praised the President for performing undying feats for the human cause of independence.
