I express deep consolation to you on behalf of A Just Russia and on my own behalf on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of demise of Comrade Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Comrade Kim Il Sung was the outstanding leader of the Korean people and organizer and encourager of all their successes and victories.

The friendly and cooperative relations were established between the Workers' Party of Korea founded under his personal leadership and A Just Russia.

I express belief that the historically close relations between Russia and the DPRK which were established on the basis of the mutual respect and solidarity of the people of our two great countries would grow strong in the future, too to ensure peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in Northeast Asia.
