More than six million visitors including service personnel, people from all walks of life and school youth and children visited the revolutionary site for more than five decades after it was built in Juche 47(1958).

The Kosanjin Revolutionary Site is associated with the undying feats President Kim Il Sung performed in planning the final victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, wisely commanding a new counterattack operation and providing a turning phase of the war while staying in Kosanjin from early November to mid December in 1950.

There are the Rimsonggol Commanding Post of the Supreme Command, Spring Site, Thrashing Site, Sungribong Anti-aircraft Machine Gun Platform, Shooting Range, Somungori Commanding Post of the Supreme Command, Operation Bureau of the Supreme Command, Anti-aircraft Combat Site, etc.

And there are also several relics in Kujolgol, Oryugol and Pyolo revolutionary sites.

The visitors looked back again on the far-sighted wisdom and matchless pluck of the President and his tireless efforts for the victory in the war.
