The museum is located in Mangyongdae District, Pyongyang.

On display at the museum are revolutionary and historic relics on the days of President Kim Il Sung at Changdok School, relics and mementoes on the revolutionary activities of Kang Pan Sok, his mother, and those conveying the patriotic will of the relatives on the mother's side.

It has played its responsible role for equipping service personnel and people with the revolutionary traditions of the Workers' Party of Korea over the past six decades.

A meeting was held on Thursday to mark the anniversary.

A congratulatory letter to the officials and employees of the museum sent by the Central Committee of the WPK was conveyed at the meeting.

The letter highly praised them for creditably performing their duty of firmly upholding and widely explaining the revolutionary traditions of Juche by devoting all their wisdom and enthusiasm with intensive loyalty and noble sense of moral obligation towards the peerless great persons.
