The organization blasted the U.S. for keeping the command there unlike its original plan to transfer it to Phyongthaek along with its units.

It called for totally disbanding the "Combined Forces Command" and thus removing the root cause of the U.S. unjustifiable demand.

The organization demanded the reexamination of the agreement on the transfer of the U.S. military base in Ryongsan as it was decided at its request and the blame for breaking the promise rests with it.
