It is now raining in most areas of the country, except some areas of Kangwon Province, according to a weather expert.

In general, a rainy spell in the country would start early in July with the rainy front coming from the southern area.

But, the rainy season for this year began later than usual, which is recorded as the fourth late rainy spell since 1982.
