President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il consolidated the material and technical foundation in the field of road facilities and read a letter reflecting the determination of the road administrators.

Supreme leader Kim Jong Un published famous works including "On Effecting a Drastic Turn in Land Management to Meet the Requirements for Building a Thriving Socialist Nation," indicating a specific orientation and ways for improving the road administration.

He acquainted himself with the admirable deeds being displayed among the road administrators in the capital and sent thanks to them for doing good things for years.

Cha Hui Rim, chairman of the Pyongyang City People's Committee, made a report to be followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers said that the appearance of the roads in Pyongyang has undergone a dramatic change thanks to the ardent loyalty and warm patriotism of the road administrators who have devoted themselves to the road administration for years whether they are known or unknown under the wise leadership and warm care of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un.

They called for bringing about a turn in the road administration, true to the noble intention of Kim Jong Un, and making a positive contribution to sprucing up Pyongyang as a hub of Songun culture.
