According to the order, O Kum Chol was promoted to General of the Air Force, Choe Kwi Hon Colonel General of the Ground Force and Jang Chol Guk, Yon Song Guk, Kim Thae Chol, Pak Kwang Bin and Han Kwang Ho Rear Admiral.
