The joint statement said:

The UNSC has no right to pull up the DPRK over its efforts to bolster up its capability for self-defence such as the rocket firing and shelling drills with various missions, acts tantamount to the exercise of its sovereignty.

The DPRK's rocket launching is a positive measure for self-defence to cope with the U.S. and south Korean puppet regime's ever-growing attempts at aggression.

The UNSC is acting as a puppet of the U.S. by interfering in the DPRK's exercise of its sovereign right in violation of the fundamental principle of the UN Charter on refraining from interfering in internal affairs of its member states.

We highly laud the DPRK for standing against the U.S. and the world imperialists and fully back it in exercising its sovereign right for self-defence.
