Present there were vice-chairpersons and department directors of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, senior officials of organizations and enterprises, Chongryon officials in Kanto area and teachers of Korean University.

Ri Yong Su, chairman of the Korean Social Scientists Association in Japan, gave a lecture under the title "On Songun leadership of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who is leading showdown with the U.S. to final victory."

He said that Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address for 2014 called this year a year of grandiose struggle and a year of sea changes to usher in the period of prosperity of Songun Korea.
