Seen at the wreath-laying stands of the cemeteries were wreaths and a floral basket sent by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Present at the wreath- and floral basket-laying ceremonies were Kim Yong Nam, Pak Pong Ju and other senior party and state officials, the chairperson of a friendly party, officials of the party, armed forces and power organs, the Cabinet, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, service personnel of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces (KPISF) and working people in Pyongyang.

Placed at the wreath-laying stand of the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong were wreaths in the name of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) and the DPRK Cabinet.

Laid at the wreath-laying stand of the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery and "Soul of Heroes", the wreath-laying stand of the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery, were wreaths and floral baskets in the joint name of the WPK Central Committee, the Presidium of the SPA of the DPRK and the DPRK Cabinet.

Also placed were wreaths and floral baskets in the name of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, the Ministry of People's Security, working people's organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the KPA and the KPISF, institutions of science, education, literature and arts, public health and media, and party and power organs, institutions, factories and farms in Pyongyang.

The participants honored the memory of the martyrs.

Wreaths in the name of the local party and power organs, working people's organizations, units of the KPA and the KPISF, industrial establishments, farms, schools and bouquets and flowers were also laid before statues of martyrs, cemeteries of martyrs, monuments to fallen fighters of the KPA and graves of martyrs across the country on the same day.

Attending the wreath-laying ceremonies were officials of the local party and power organs, working people's organizations and industrial establishments, service personnel of the KPA and the KPISF, working people, school youth and children.

The participants paid high tribute to the martyrs.
