Youth and students presented the waltz of celebrations to the tunes of songs "Tell, Fireworks of War Victory" and "Holiday of Great War Victory".

In large chorus "Cantata to Marshal Kim Il Sung" and kayagum solo and chorus "Nilliri for Songun" the performers sang high praises of the immortal feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who brought about the day of the second liberation by wisely leading the army and the people of the DPRK and made sure that the ever-victorious history and tradition are given steady continuity on this land.

The stage of true stories by war veterans "July 27, Victory Day in the War, Should Be Continued through Generations" and poem "Accept This Flag" fully reflected the fighting spirit displayed by heroic soldiers in the war in the 1950s.

Trumpet trio and chorus "For My Only Motherland" and brass music and Taekwon-Do "Pyongyang Nalpharam" showed the firm determination of the rising generation to live and struggle like heroes just as those of the preceding generation did.

Among the audience were Cha Hui Rim, chairman of the Pyongyang City People's Committee, officials concerned, war veterans and school youth and children in the city.
