The U.S. and south Korean trigger-happy forces are escalating the tensions on the Korean peninsula, pulling up the DPRK over its exercises staged under various simulated conditions of actual battles to bolster up its capability for self-defense.

The U.S. is egging the UN Security Council onto kick up much fuss, describing the U.S.-south Korea military drills as "annual ones" and finding fault with the DPRK's routine military exercises.

World people deride what the U.S. and south Korean trigger-happy forces are doing as shameless provocations reminiscent of a thief crying "Stop the thief!"

We always remember the days of victory when the army and the people of the DPRK dealt merciless blows at the aggressors in the 1950s thanks to the gifted strategies and tactics of President Kim Il Sung.

The U.S. and south Korean war-like forces should stop their reckless acts, not forgetting the historical lesson drawn from their defeat in the Korean War.

The further they escalate their moves to stifle the DPRK, the more significantly it will bolster up all its deterrents for self-defence and the stronger practical retaliatory actions it will take.

If they dare start a war against the DPRK, we will join the people in the homeland in the struggle for wiping out the aggressors.
