The statement accused the U.S. and the south Korean puppet group of filing complaint with the UN, terming the Korean People's Army's tactical rocket firing and shelling drills "provocation" and "threat".

It went on:

The U.S. hurled huge aggressors including nuclear carrier and nuclear submarine into joint military maneuvers in south Korea, watching for a chance to invade the DPRK. However, it is pulling up the DPRK over its military drills for self-defence like the guilty party filing the suit first.

The Korean people will invariably keep to the road of Songun in order to defend the sovereignty of the country, dignity and life of the nation no matter what others may say.

The young Koreans in China will fully support the Songun politics in the spirit of fighting alongside the compatriots in the homeland.
