The prosecution sentenced Ri Sok Gi to 20 years in prison and 10 year's suspension of qualifications and other suspects to the same penalties as it did at the first trial on the same day, the statement noted, adding:

People of different social standings, including church and legal circles, and foreign political circles expressed their opposition to it.

The prosecution is working hard to inflict heavy penalties on the suspects of the case, groundlessly charging that the agreement made by more than two persons will lead to a rebellion.

Saying that truth is sure to be disclosed, the statement warned that the prosecution will meet the judgment of history as it is standing against democratization.
