Players proved successful in Taekwon-Do and Paduk (go) matches by giving full play to high technique they cultivated in their day-to-day training.

Present at the closing ceremony were Thae Jong Su, chief secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Kwang Ho, chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned, sports persons, youth and students.

Cups and medals were awarded to players who proved successful in the matches.

Ri Yong Son, vice-chairman of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee, made a closing address.
