The joint statement said:

Recently Han appeared on Yonphyong Island where the puppet army sustained a heavy military setback and incited confrontation atmosphere, claiming the island was the "place where someone's belligerency and brutality were clearly manifested."

He ignored the fact that the American master and south Korean puppet forces were chiefly to blame for the Yonphyong Island shelling incident as they instigated the soldiers to fire shells into the territorial waters of the DPRK.

The spokesman for the Worker-Peasant Red Guards, dignified revolutionary militia force of the DPRK, in a statement warned Han Min Gu and the puppet warmongers that they should not forget even a moment that the sharp bayonets of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards are always ready to cut their windpipes.
