The DPRK has made every possible effort to improve the inter-Korean relations and create a peaceful environment.

However, the DPRK's sincere efforts and magnanimity have failed to meet a positive response owing to the U.S. moves.

It is the U.S. sinister intention to nip in the bud the peaceful atmosphere on the Korean peninsula.

The situation goes to clearly prove that the U.S. is the arch criminal escalating the tension on the peninsula, aggressor and provocateur.

Only when the U.S. nuclear edge goes totally bust, is it possible to ensure a favorable atmosphere for preserving the peace on the peninsula and achieving the country's reunification.
