Le Hong Anh said that the relations between the DPRK and Vietnam are the militant and comradely special relations provided by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung and a precious treasure, adding that it is the steadfast will of the Communist Party of Vietnam to invariably carry forward and develop the tradition of friendship true to the behests of the preceding leaders.

He said he was rejoiced over the fact that under the outstanding leadership of supreme leader Kim Jong Un, the Korean people have protected socialism and maintained political stability from the military threat and sanctions of the U.S. and the West and made great successes in building the economy and improving the people's living standard.

He expressed admiration for the excellent policy and strong will of Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, and positive solidarity with them.

The Communist Party of Vietnam sets store by the development of relations with the WPK, he said, hoping that the two parties would exchange the successes and experience gained in the party building and revolutionary struggle through brisk visits and contacts between them and develop the bilateral relations.
