Commenting on this, Minju Joson Sunday says the farce of renaming the center is nothing but a camouflage to calm down the public demanding the disbandment of the "Central Joint Interrogation Center" and an end to the anti-DPRK smear campaign.

The center is an anti-DPRK plot-breeding center which put in custody inhabitants of the DPRK whom the IS allured and abducted, practiced all sorts of evil acts against them and painted them as spies, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The IS should have stopped fabricating spy cases and kicking up a racket against the DPRK and disbanded the center as demanded by the public. But it staged the farce of renaming it, quite contrary to the mind-set of the public.

The farce is a product of the scheme to continue breeding plots against the DPRK by alluring and abducting its inhabitants and fabricating spy cases while keeping the center.

Just as a leopard can not change its spots, the criminal nature of the plot-breeding organization can never change.

The IS should stop the mean farce of misleading the public at home and abroad and immediately disband the den of breeding plots.
