Present there on invitation were Minister of Railways Jon Kil Su, O Kum Chol, vice-chief of the General Staff of the Korean People's Army, Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Ri Kwang Gun, vice-minister of External Economic Relations, Kim Jin Bom, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and chairman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association, Hong So Hon, president of Kim Chaek University of Technology who is chairman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Parliamentary Group, and officials concerned.

Present there were staff members of the Russian embassy and Anatoli Kuznetsov, head of the delegation of the Federal Emigration Bureau of Russia, on a visit to the DPRK.
