At the meeting speakers said President Kim Il Sung embarked upon the road of the revolution in his early years, defeated the brigandish Japanese imperialists and liberated the country.

The victory won in the fight against the Japanese imperialists, having neither state-backing home front nor getting assistance from a regular army, is ascribable to the wise leadership of the President, the invincible and iron-willed commander, they noted.

Not only the Korean people but all of us are aware well of the feats he performed by achieving the historic cause of the country's liberation, having the one million-strong Japanese imperialists under his thumb with his outstanding strategies and tactics, they said, adding:

The feats he performed in liberating the country were successfully carried forward by leader Kim Jong Il and are shining more brightly thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un.

They sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health for the prosperity of the Korean people and national reunification.

A letter to him was adopted at the meeting.
