"The time will come when those countries will repent the approval of resolutions they gave in keeping with the U.S. anti-DPRK moves".

In this regard, Dr. Kang Chol, a teacher of Kim Il Sung University, told KCNA:

The U.S. has imprudently imposed sanctions on many countries in the world.

But now, even its allies have come to be the targets of the U.S. sanctions. Recently, it inflicted 9 billions of penalty upon BNP of France for having financial transactions with the countries listed as targets of sanctions. The U.S. also gave red light to France in its sale of Mistral-class amphibious assault ship to Russia.

It is the real color of the U.S. to reduce even its allies or friendly countries into targets of sanctions if they got on its nerves.

Therefore, it is quite natural that denunciation against the U.S. arbitrariness has been heard from not only those countries like Russia, Iran and Cuba but also the political and financial circles in European countries including France.

The international community should be keenly aware that it is none other than the U.S., a rogue state, to be placed on the top of the targets.
