Two corporals committed suicides together on August 11 in the 28th Division of the puppet army in which the case of the murder of a private first class had occurred.

At a house of a corporal in Seoul they hanged themselves to death, leaving suicide note to the effect that it was unbearably painful to serve in the army.

Next day a private first class shot himself to death at a firing range of an engineering unit under the command of the puppet Third Army Corps.
