In the DPRK all people are free to take part in political activities and the rights to press, publication, assembly and religion are guaranteed by law.

Everybody regards it as his or her due right to be provided with a stable life from the state after his or her birth and all members of the society are fully guaranteed all rights including the right to work and rest and the right to receive free education and free healthcare.

Human rights are fully provided in the DPRK as it is taking the Juche idea as its guiding idea.

It is quite natural that human rights are guaranteed on the highest level in the country guided by the Juche idea.
