Ri Tong Je, chairman of the Association of Koreans in Japan for Peaceful Reunification, said UFG is, in fact, a declaration of a nuclear war to which the "tailored deterrence strategy" the keynote of which is to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK any moment will be applied.

He demanded the U.S. and south Korean authorities lend an ear to the warnings of the DPRK and stop at once the criminal nuclear war ruckus.

Ri Chong Gyong, director general of the Standing Council of the Korean Sportsmen's Federation in Japan, said the U.S. and puppet warmongers should clearly understand that the DPRK does not want a war but is never afraid of it and the DPRK is the military power led by the peerless great man of Mt. Paektu, and halt the reckless racket for aggression at once.

He noted that all Korean sports persons in Japan and sports fans would turn out in the nationwide movement to defend the peace of the country and open an epochal phase of national reunification.
