The editorial recalled that the investigation headquarters of the Ministry of Defense recently announced the results of the final investigation into the illegal interference of the cyber command of the army in the election in which it said that it booked the former cyber commander and 20 others without physical detention.

Chief of the security office of Chongwadae Kim Kwan Jin who was the then minister of Defense is regarded as the guy who cannot be dealt with at random, the editorial said, adding: It is natural that Kim should be held accountable for the illegal interference in the election.
