Recalling that the case is linked with the motion calling for the trial for dissolving the Unified Progressive Party, it noted that the "government" has resorted to such moves for eliminating progressive forces as calling for judgment for dissolving the opposition party in a bid to tide over the crisis caused by the election rigging.

It urged the "government" to set free at once the unreasonably detained people.
