The U.S. kicked off such large-scale joint military drills, contrary to the wishes of the Korean nation and the international community for detente and peace on the peninsula. It was prompted by the sinister attempt of the U.S. to justify and perpetuate its military presence in south Korea.

What the U.S. is seeking is to make the peninsula the biggest hotspot by creating extreme instability there through such military provocation as UFG and to perpetuate its aggressor forces' presence in south Korea under the signboard of "defense of peace".

The kick-off of UFG is a product of the treacherous act of the south Korean puppet group of traitors zealously joining the U.S. in its moves to perpetuate its troops' presence in south Korea, obsessed with depending on the U.S.

It is the invariable intention of the south Korean puppet forces to attain its ambition for invading the north with the backing of the U.S.

The puppet ruling quarters are imploring the U.S. to keep its aggressor forces in south Korea, clinging to its sleeves. This is an intolerable act of treachery to do harm to the fellow countrymen in the north by unleashing a war against it through the military tie-ups with the American master.

Absolutely intolerable are the above-said moves of the U.S. and the south Korean puppet ruling forces.
