The statement said:

The U.S. and south Korean authorities are staging UFG despite the unanimous protest and denunciation of the world peace-loving people.

UFG, being escalated every year, is war maneuvers for aggression staged pursuant to the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK and moves of the south Korean authorities for confrontation with fellow countrymen.

In a bid to conceal the aggressive nature and danger of UFG, the U.S. is describing it as "annual and defensive one" this time, too.

Condemning joint military exercises the U.S. is staging ceaselessly while increasing their scale and scope several times a year on the Korean peninsula and in its vicinity as an unpardonable criminal act of disturbing the regional peace and security, we demand it halt at once UFG for aggression.

We extend full support and solidarity to the Korean people in their struggle to defend the dignity and sovereignty of the country under the guidance of respected HE Kim Jong Un.
