DPRK Has Also Right to Make Preemptive Strike: Minju Joson

Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and south Korean warmongers are staging madcap north-targeted joint military exercises Ulji Freedom Guardian across south Korea with huge armed forces and civilians involved. Minju Joson Monday observes in a commentary in this regard: UFG is the nuclear war exercises aimed at stifling the DPRK by force of arms by mounting a surprise preemptive attack on it and a product of the U.S. harsh hostile policy towards the former from A to Z. The U.S. kicked off UFG not in the hope to see the tension defused on the Korean peninsula. The U.S. must be aware very well that UFG will strain the situation on the peninsula as was the case with Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military drills. Nevertheless, the U.S. finally kicked off UFG, talking about "provocation" and "deterrence" of someone, because it is interested in deteriorating the situation on the peninsula. It is calculation of the U.S. that it can maintain its military edge in Asia as its future development and interests hinge on the Asia-Pacific region and only when it controls and contains its strategic rivals and potential foes in the region. This indicates that the Korean peninsula has fallen victim to the U.S. in its scenario for carrying out the strategy for dominating the Asia-Pacific region and the rest of the world. The DPRK has also the right to make a preemptive strike. Now that the U.S. declared a war against the DPRK, it has the right to mount the most powerful and advanced preemptive attack of Korean style on it any time. |
