It referred to the fact that the chief executive is misleading the public opinion by creating impression that opposition parties and bereaved families are to blame for failing to institute the law.

It accused her of sidestepping the issue despite the hunger sit-in being staged by bereaved families.

She promised to prevent the recurrence of such disaster but shifted the blame for it on the "National Assembly", taking a politically irresponsible attitude, it noted.

All these attitudes resulted from her incompetence, it said.
