Present there were scientists, technicians and officials of scientific and educational institutions including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology and Huichon University of Technology, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and factories and enterprises in the field of communications, and three revolution team members.

Submitted to the presentation were more than 180 data which solved the scientific and technological issues arising in updating the communications as required by the developing reality.

The participants introduced successes and experience made in the efforts to thoroughly carry out the tasks set forth in the historic letter "On Bringing about New Turn in Post and Telecommunications" sent by supreme leader Kim Jong Un to the participants in the national meeting of officials of communications and exchanged views on the issues arising in introducing them.

Drawing attention of the participants were tens of communications equipment, devices and materials conducive to ensuring news and broadcasting services rapidly and correctly.
